Refund policy

It is very important for us that your package arrives in perfect condition. However, if you are not happy with the condition of your items contact us with your order number, name, and the name of the item that you are not happy with. We will do our best to provide a solution to the problem. However, a solution you may not agree to may be reached. Items will be accepted for return/refund if the item is fully sealed with all original inclusions. The shipping costs for your return may or may not be supplied by us. If there was damage on the item or inclusions you purchased, you can contact us and may receive a discount on your next purchase.

Please note that pre-order benefits may not be available after the item's official release date. If the item is purchased after this date, pre-order benefits will most likely not be provided.

First-Press benefits are uncertain in every item.

-Photocards

Photocards that are sold under Kpop&Love are official. We work with careful shipping to & from us. Photocards may sometimes have minor scratches due to shipping/manufacturing. The scratches that are less than 8mm long are not subject to a refund or return. When there are multiple PCs listed of the same member there will be a number on the right side of the photocard. Please check the number thoroughly before completing your purchase as we cannot guarantee the exchange, return, or refund of the said PCs.

-Open Albums

All open album(s) sales are FINAL. As these specific albums are not always available, contain all original inclusions, and/or are in excellent condition, Kpop&Love policy is all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be made regarding Open Album(s).
