Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for making sure the address is filled in correctly. If your address was filled incorrectly we cannot replace your order. When your order is shipped we cannot cancel your order. Items purchased during the pre-order periods cannot be cancelled.

-All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. Pre-orders will ship when all the items have arrived to Kpop & Love's stockroom. When your order includes a pre-order item(s) and an in-stock item(s), it will be shipped when the pre-order item(s) have arrived to Kpop & Love's stockroom.
-Shipping delays may occur when there are holidays within the next two weeks from when the order is placed.

-All photocards will include tracked shipping and stamped/untracked shipping will not be available.

*No return will be made on the original shipping costs of your order under any circumstances*
